Baby Showers and Baby Stuff!

Well, I have officially entered the third trimester.  I have 11 weeks to go!  So far, I have gained approximately 16 lbs, hoping to keep it right at our under 25 total!  The heartbeat sounds great, beating right at about 140 per minute.  Baby Kaelin is definitely a mover and shaker, feel kicks and punches all the time!  Dave put his hand on my belly this morning and said "whoa" was that the baby!  Unless there is an alien in there pushing out my stomach, yes, it is indeed the baby! =)

We had two showers this past weekend -- one for the Kaelin/Potts side and one for the Showalter/Hollkamp side.   Our friends and family are so incredibly generous and it was really great to see everyone!  We have a couple more showers over the next few months which we are looking forward to! 

I will be traveling to Chicago next weekend for my SIL Christina's bachelorette party.  First one I cannot drink on, so it should be interesting for me!  I am excited to be able to go though and really looking forward to getting away for the weekend!  Also my future SIL's wedding showers are coming up as well, and their wedding is about 5-6 weeks away!  Can't wait for all of the fun Kaelin events this Spring!

Shout out to my sister, Kelly, who finally had a birthday this year because she is a leap year baby!  She is officially 6 years old! =)

This weekend, we are really looking forward to my cousin Loren's baby shower and then Jimmy Buffett in Louisville saturday night!  It will be the first time I have ever seen Jimmy live and I cannot wait, even if I cannot enjoy a margarita or Landshark beer!
